About My Company

Hello, my name is Gerald Wilcox, Owner and Inspector of House Check Home Inspections. I would consider it a privilege, to assist you in your Home Inspection needs.

I am a independent, locally owned business, not a franchise. This means you will get great personal service from me, the owner. In addition, as an Independent Home Inspector, I work only for you, my client. There is no conflict of interests from this inspector! I identify issues that others may not because my income is not based on inspection referrals from realtors. Most Realtors want a thorough home inspector like me to inspect their own investments. A good Realtor wants what is best for you and understands the importance of a thorough home inspection. Be careful of hiring a "favorite " home inspector from a realtor, there are some who would rather a less detailed inspector do the inspection. Do your homework and Hire a tough, experienced home inspector. An independent home inspector is an unbiased professional third party working on behalf of the client's interest alone. My client's are satisfied customers. My Testimonial page speaks for itself. Most of my business comes from Client and Lending referrals, advertising and the internet.

In addition to getting a thorough inspection and great service, you will receive a detailed easy to read report using one of the best report writing software programs in the industry.

I can also assist you by providing ancillary services should you have need, such as; Mold, Water Quality, Radon and Asbestos testing. If you have any questions, please contact me.
